All About Me—

Wherever you are, I’ve likely been there.  I’ve struggled with my weight, my body image, lack of self-love, feelings of inadequacy as a wife and mother, heartache, unaccomplished dreams, failures, and struggles.
However, through learning to SHOW UP for myself, in even the smallest of ways, every day of my life, and through hiring coaches myself: 
  • I have developed a better relationship with heaven, food, & my body.
  • I’ve learned to love me as I am right now while still continuing to seek growth and change.
  • My relationships with myself, my husband, my children, and others have improved as I’ve learned to let go of false societal standards of perfection.  
  • I’m following my dream to help other women to recognize their intrinsic worth and unlimited potential.

I know I am on my way to becoming the woman I am meant to become.  It’s definitely WORK as well as a WORK IN PROGRESS but the JOURNEY IS THE REWARD! Who I become during this process is truly all that matters. I look forward to helping you become the best version of YOU!
